It is unfortunately not possible to have your parcel delivered at a parcel shop/pickup point.

No unfortunately, we’re not working with scheduled delivery.
Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?
We ship to islands or remote parts of a country, but not all of them.
We don’t deliver to: Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, San Juan Municipio, Military Posts (APO / FPO), Hawaii, Guam, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands and Alaska.
We also don't deliver to PO boxes.

Is there a faster way to get my delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer express shipping or any other method of faster shipment.
Do you deliver to PO box addresses?
No unfortunately, we don’t deliver to PO boxes.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. Our Team will contact you to request a new delivery address. If no address is provided, the order will be cancelled.

Why did they cancel my item?
In very rare cases, we can’t deliver a product and need to cancel an order.
The most common reasons are:
*The item is out of stock
* We could not confirm your order
* Address information is unclear or incorrect

How can I change my delivery address?
When you’ve already placed an order, it’s not possible to change your address anymore. Please contact our team.
What happens when I am not at home for delivery?
It depends on the carrier we use for your shipment. The most common outcomes are:
*Carrier delivers the parcel at your neighbour.
*Carrier leaves a note and delivers the parcel to the nearest pick-up point.
*Carrier doesn’t deliver the parcel and comes back for a new delivery attempt (usually is this the next day).
Usually if you aren't there the second or third delivery attempt, they store it within their depot. This allows you a few days to pick it up before it is shipped back to us.
Can someone else pick up my parcel from a parcel shop?
No, only the person whose name is on the parcel can collect it.
When will my parcel arrive?
When it’s the courier will call you within 2-15 workdays. If you order multiple products, it’s possible that you receive the parcels on different days.

Which payment option do you offer?
Paypal is an e-wallet. Paypal stores and secures your bank account details if you have an account:
1. Choose PayPal at the checkout and you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
2. Fill in your email address or phone number to enter your account and confirm your payment.
3. If you don't have an account, you can pay as a guest by paying with your credit card to confirm your payment.

How do I return my order?
To return your item, you can contact our team to fill in the form . Please fill in the order number, article SKU and quantity, with the reason of return. Then our Customer Service will handle your ticket as soon as possible.
You’ll receive a message from our customer service as soon as possible with your free return options.
When will I receive my refund?
It takes between 10 to 15 business days. This depends on the payment method you paid with.
What are the return conditions?
The cooling off period for products is 30 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. Multiple items in one order? Then you're in luck. The cooling off period only takes effect once you have received all your products.

Will I receive a full refund including transport costs?
To receive your full refund, it’s important to in its original state. You can check out the product, but not actually use it to try it out (e.g. it’s not possible cook with a pan and then return it).
The return is FREE of charge if you use our returns procedure and our specific courier. If you choose to return the item through another courier, we can’t refund the transport costs.
